Community-Driven Research & Consulting aims to collaboratively develop research that transforms systems, creates sustainable change, and promotes positive youth development. My vision is the prevention and liberation of youth from juvenile and criminal legal system involvement.

​

My strength as a research and training consultant--grounded by my experience as a juvenile legal system practitioner--is my ability to take on the perspectives of schools, courts, non-profit organizations, and other community agencies seeking evidence-based solutions for effective change.

 

I collaborate with community partners and scholars who seek to mitigate racial and ethnic disparities in systems and institutions that serve historically marginalized youth.
